DATA PROCESSING NOTIE FOR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
1. Suwalska Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna S.A., with its registered seat in Suwałki, ul. Noniewicza 49, 16-400 Suwałki is the Controller of your personal data, hereinafter referred to as the Controller. The Controller carries out the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (OJ.EU.L No. 119, p. 1, hereinafter: GDPR).

Your personal data will be processed to ensure the safety of the Controller’s employees and co-workers, to protect property and to maintain the secrecy of information the disclosure of which could expose the Controller to harm, which constitutes the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
5. Personal data captured on video surveillance recordings may be processed, in particular with regard to the image (the surveillance covers the space where a third party may be located (the sidewalk at 49 T. Noniewicza St.), as well as vehicle registration numbers (the surveillance covers the spaces where vehicles may be located).
6. Video surveillance is conducted in the following locations: the entrances to the Controller’s building at ul. Noniewicza 49 in SuwaÅ‚ki and the area around the building, including parking lots. The facility covered with video surveillance is marked with the following signs: “Facility and grounds under video surveillance”.
7. Your personal data may also be processed by entities with which the Controller has entered into personal data processing agreements, as well as by entities with which the Controller shares personal data. These entities include the Controller’s contractors, in particular entities operating in the field of IT, legal counseling, protection of persons and property or protection of personal data, as well as persons who demonstrate an interest in obtaining the surveillance recordings, when the release of these recordings is permitted by law. If required by law, the data may be made available to state or local government authorities, judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, inspection authorities and tax authorities.
8. As a rule, your personal data is not transferred to a third country or international organization. However, they may be transferred to a third country or an international organization in cases specified by applicable law. Should the aforementioned transfer occur, you will be informed of such transfer and the safeguards in place, the finding or lack of finding by the European Commission of an adequate degree of protection.
9. The monitoring records will be kept for no longer than 30 days from the date of recording, however, in the case where the image recordings constitute evidence in proceedings under the law or the Controller has become aware that they may constitute evidence in the proceedings, this period is extended until the proceedings are legally concluded.
10. You have the right to: a. demand from the Controller access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data, and to notify recipients of the rectification or deletion of your personal data or restriction of processing; b. object to processing; c. transfer personal data; d. receive a copy of personal data subject to processing; e. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
11. In the case of processing of your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
12. Staying in the area or places covered by video surveillance (indicated in Section 6) results in the collection of your personal data (specified in Section 5) by the Controller. When staying in an area covered with video surveillance, the processing of data is necessary for the purposes specified in point 4. If you do not want your personal information to be recorded on the surveillance footage, do not be in the premises and areas where video surveillance is conducted and choose another way to contact the company, if provided for the case.
