Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy specifies the data which is collected, to what extent and for what purpose it is collected, processed and used when visiting the SSSE S.A. website.
When visiting the SSSE S.A. website, data may be received, for which reference to a specific person cannot be excluded.

IP addresses
An IP address consists of a sequence of four digits separated by a dot, each with a value between 0 and 255 (e.g. 123.45.67.89). As a rule, the IP address is automatically assigned by your provider. In order to be able to display our site, the SSSE S.A. server takes your IP address and keeps it masked, i.e. only the first three numbers are saved (e.g. 123.45.67.xxx). Regardless of whether you have a permanent or dynamic IP address, you cannot be identified as a result of the above. For error analysis, your masked IP address is stored in the protocols of our web server (so-called log files), and for statistical purposes, by the web analytics program “Google Analytics” and the “Piwik” software. The log file is deleted after seven days at the latest.

Browser data
The SSSE S.A. web server collects the data provided by your browser and retains a portion of it in log files as standard. Among the data is information about your operating system, the browser you are using, the name of the information displayed, when you accessed our website, the page you previously visited, and the amount of data transferred to you. An individual cannot be identified from this data, as the IP address is only available in masked form. The transferred data is also retained and processed for error analysis and statistical purposes in a log file.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies, which are small text files that your browser saves on your device at the request of the SSSE S.A. website. This involves, on the one hand, temporary cookies, which are automatically deleted when you close your browser, and on the other hand, so-called permanent cookies, which are saved for up to two years.

Cookies are used for analyzing the use of our website, whereby it is not a question of how a particular person uses the website, but an analysis of how the SSSE S.A. website is used in general, what information and how often it is displayed, which areas of the website are used particularly intensively, how long users stay on the website or its subpages, where incorrect links are possibly located, etc. Data downloaded in connection with this is stored anonymously or saved without reference to a specific person.

SSSE S.A. also uses the services of third parties, the list of which is constantly changing, which use cookies for the following purposes:
• monitoring of traffic on the SSSE S.A. website;
• collecting anonymous, aggregate statistics that allow us to understand how users use our website and enable us to continuously improve our products;
• determining the number of anonymous website users;
• controlling how often the selected content is shown to users.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (hereinafter “Google”), to analyze user behavior.

Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your computer to analyze how you use the website. Cookies used by Google Analytics may be temporary or permanent files, which generally expire after up to two years. The information produced by the cookies regarding your use of the website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.
